I'm currently not at home, so I cannot take a good look at that.
I just released a 1.0.12 (before seeing your mail); there are some
problems fixed, this might be among them.

Could you please try with 1.0.12, and if it fails, send me the output of
fsvs up -v -d
please?

Try fsvs (fsvs.tigris.org)!
