Yes, please.
If you feel that there's a real need you could provide a package with that
option set to
8 ... but I don't think that's necessary.
I think most people just keep /etc or / versioned; and using multiple overlayed
URLs
does/will work much better than having multiple working copies.
Or does someone backup each /home/* directory as its own working copy?
