Well, I wouldn't call them "solved" ...
Now FSVS has no information about the repository origin anymore!

Well, yes, FSVS had no URL list anymore.
By giving the URL again there's still some information lost - the revision 
number that
the working copy was at!


Perhaps the easiest solution for all that is to issue

    fsvs sync-repos

- that goes to the repository, asks for a list of all files (recursively), and 
populates
your administrative area with the needed information.

Do you have only 1 URL in use, and had the checkout at the HEAD revision? Then 
this
should be enough; if either of these prerequisites doesn't hold, it gets a bit 
messier.
