No. The new repo URL is still empty because I have never committed successful.

Sure. Now I have only one URL:

fsvs urls dump -v
https://svn.mydomain.com/rootsvn/sysadmin/puppet
        name: ""; priority: 0; current revision: 0; target: HEAD; readonly:0

All I need is clean up and start from beginning to backup my `/etc/puppet` 
folder.
