The pad lock just shows that the extensions are installed for all user
and can not be removed by the user, requires system admin.
Right click and select open with Draw. The PDF Import only allows
limited editing of PDF files. If you need full access for editing PDFs
find an open source editor for your operating system and install it
(Google is your friend here).
