I'm not sure, what you mean.

Yes, the DVD is made by a German speaking team, and templates and extra stuff
are in German. But the software itself comes with more than just the German UI
and help files.

[copy]
LibreOffice 3.3.0
 GNU/Linux 32 RPM, DEB (en-US)
 GNU/Linux 64 RPM, DEB (en-US)
 Mac OS x86, PPC (en-US)
 Windows 32 (all available languages)
Portable (cs, da, de, el, fr, he, hu, it, ja, ko, po, pt, ru, zh-cn, zh-tw)

language- and help packs
GNU/Linux 32 RPM, DEB (de, en-US, es, fr, it)
GNU/Linux 64 RPM, DEB (de, en-US, es, fr, it)
Mac OS x86, PPC (Sprachpakete de, es, fr, it)
Windows 32 (Hilfepakete de, en-US, es, fr, it)
[/copy]

So at least the software will be in your preferred language.

If you're interested, Friedrich and Erich together with Uwe (they did most of
the work for this ISO) will gladly help you, if you want to lend a hand to
create a "truly" English version of the ISO. :)
