how can I set Libre as the default program to open power point email

That would depend a lot on what you did not tell us: which OS? What
window manager? What email client?

Hi :)
Most linux distros and Windows platforms all have a very similar gui
point&click
way of doing this.
First save one of the email files to your machine. Then right-click on that
file and choose
Properties - "Open With"
Set it to LibreOffice or Impress. Note that the right-click menu probably
also
has an "OpenWith" option but this is a "one off" whereas the one in
"Properties"
sets all files of this type to be opened with the program you choose.
You can test this by going back to the email and ask it to just open the
file
rather than downloading it this time.
Regards from
Tom :)
