Unfortunately not yet, but I believe it will come. All we can do for now is to allow - or not, of course - a message to be posted. Plus, if we see that someone is making a mistake, such as one person who was sending a message to users@... with subject subscribe (a common way to get subscribed as all will know) we can email the person with the correct method.
