Diane Marie, if you getted 19,1 mb the problem is on your internet connection, not in the libreoffice support or libreoffice servers. I've downloaded a few minutes ago to try it.
In any case, this list is to help the people, but you should understand that the people who answer your questions aren't paid, they are volunteers . Libreoffice is a community, not a bussiness... i think you should respect the people who are working to collaborate with all the world without asking for a recompense...
