Hi, I haven't tried running LibreOffice 3.4.0 beta in Windows yet, but I think it may have to do with your security software.
I used to use AVG, and didn't have any problems. (I use Linux now) I didn't have problems using beta 1, so I think it should be OK for beta 3.
