It may not be an application problem. When I had this problem, it was specific
to certain document types, but eventually I found that it was not directly
related to NeoOffice. It appears to have something to do with interpreting
paths within the OS and/or identifying file types. That is, it was the manner
in which the OS was passing the file to the app that was "broken."
Can you open these documents with the File...Open command? I could. I just
couldn't open by double-click from shared storage. Can you open with Word or
WordPad or other document editor? Does the extension and type matter? In
other words, is it only ".doc" format files or does this effect ".xls" and
other file types?
