Hi :) The "Clear some space" option in the recovery menu does about the same as the Janitor. It 'shouldn't' create problems but if Janitor does then don't use it. I think it might be worth running "Fix broken packages" either from the package manager (synaptic) or from the recovery menu. Regards from Tom :)
