I also have the problem of manual row breaks being ignored in calc 3.3.3 (windows) and calc 3.3.2 (ubuntu). In page break view I can drag the page breaks but they don't stay where I want them. Am I missing something?
I remember an older bug in OpenOffice.org (probably have filed a bug for that myself ;-) ): When you change only page borders in the print preview, and nothing else, those changes won't be saved.
