Hi :) The problem probably is the image. Do you know what format the picture is in?
The best formats are svg (scalar vector graphics), png, jpg, tiff (i hope), gif err, there is a long list of others that are also compatible with many programs. MS likes to try to force people into using formats that are not compatible with non-MS programs as it forces people to buy their products. Even their new docX format does not always appear the same when viewed in different releases of their own MS Office. So people still using the 'old' MS Office 2007 are forced into buying the newer MS Office 2010, and 'soon' the newer release. Compare with "Open Document Formats" or even Open Standards. MS' 'old' ".doc" format is now widely compatible with a huge range of programs which is one of the main reasons (imo) that they created the docX format. MS is a profit-making company that uses software to create profits for their shareholders.
