Hello Arham, to use RTL in LibreOffice you must enable RTL compatibility from Tools → Options → Language Settings → Languages → Enhanced language support → Enabled for complex text layout (CTL). You will then have RTL and LTR buttons on your Writer toolbar. If you need help using these buttons you can email the list and CC me.
