Here might be the solution - it was emailed privately to me

Greetings.
The "Correcteur terminologique" is an extension distributed by the
french government to normalize texts by replacing english terms by the
correct french terms.
AFAK the only one time where it was available to public was with the
MimOOo dvd image.
Just uninstall or deactivate th extensions.
