Hi :) If you use Nabble to look at this email thread then you can "Reply" and choose "More Options" to upload the file to there. This is a public mailing list so if it's at all confidential or contains people's names & addresses or anything like that then do not upload the file :)
The mailing list itself can't accept attachments but uploading works in very much the same way and does work.
