The *I*nternational *P*honetic *A*lphabet is a universal means of representing the speech sounds of any language. The corresponding chars can be found under /Phonetic Symbols/ in the list of http://unicode.org/charts/ Unicode 6.0 Character Code Charts . Although by far not as high that of CJK, the amount of IPA chars (with combining diacritics) results in a long list of char (combination)/key combination mappings.
