Hi :) My answer was a generic heal-all (fingers crossed). It doesn't always work but it does fix a lot of weird and unlikely errors. It's a bit of a sledge-hammer approach. With non-OpenSource programs the equivalent is to uninstall and re-install the program but OpenSource programs tend to use this approach of just renaming their user-profile to achieve the same result as that.
