But the effect may not be the best quality. Maybe better solution would be to use LO Draw. You can create curves with arrows there. Or use some effects, like Set in circle. You can later simply copy and paste it into Writer. Or use dedicated software, like GIMP or Inkscape. The only drawback is that you would have to paste it as image, so any changes would have to be done in software other than LO.
