Hi :) Regina's answer worked for me. Just open the document as normal, not the messy way i described last time. Then search for $ (= hard carriage return), That does find the hard-returns. I tried replacing with \n but it didn't work for me. When i searched for \n it found all the soft-returns that i had made by using shift&enter Regards from Tom :)
