Hi :) I think the <br /> is the type of soft-return the chap was talking about. <p blah></p> seems to give much wider gaps. Anyway i gather i am tooo late to this party and the problem's all been solved much more elegantly. Regards from Tom :)

The CR may cause other programs to display the text incorrectly because they assume the CR is an editing command that must be obeyed.
