I just installed 3.4.4-4-402 on Linux-Mint-Lisa (LM12) and it installed fine using 'sudo dpkg -i *.deb'. I thought perhaps it might be an issue with the Quickstart in LM12 LO. So I uninstalled the /opt version, and then enabled the Quickstart feature in the LM12 version[1]. Then with the Quickstart enabled I reinstalled again; no issues. Sorry, I can't replicate or figure out what might be causing the .lock. Maybe do a 'locate' and see if you can identify one that may be related to LO. $ sudo updatedb $ locate .~lock $ locate .lock [1] The version supplied with LM 12 is 3.4.4-4-402 when fully updated from the repositories. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
