There is two questions / problems here: 1/ technical question: how to do that? 2/ bussiness question: who is able to and who want host such a service? Question 1: work is in progress for LibreOffice as announced at LibreOffice conference 2011 held in Paris. Please have a look at LibreOffice Online prototype : http://blog.documentfoundation.org/2011/10/14/libreoffice-conference-announcements/ Question 2: as said at the conference, ATM, hosting such a service is out of the mission and the means of TDF.
