Well, somehow I created a TOC with the underlined Entry names. But....whenever I try to do the "ctrl-click" on the TOC entry nothing happens. Also, the TOC entry doesn't have the "ctrl-click on the name of the TOC entry" pop up that occurs with a functional link.
