Hi :) Which OS; Windows, Ubuntu, another Gnu&Linux, Bsd or Mac? I think for most of them you can just click on the "Start" menu (or equivalent) and then something like
"All Programs" - LibreOffice - Writer When you see "Writer" in that menu you can right-click on it and choose "send to panel" or "Create shortcut on desktop" or "Send to ... - Desktop" and that will give you an icon on your desktop (or panel) that you can just click to get just Writer and not the other ones. Regards from Tom :) PS don't worry about your English. It is better than most people near where i live (i live in England). I cheekily corrected some things but really it was quite easy to understand the way you wrote it. --- On Tue, 7/2/12, Eduardo Maldonado <[email protected]> wrote: From: Eduardo Maldonado <[email protected]> Subject: [libreoffice-users] Avoid destop window To: [email protected] Date: Tuesday, 7 February, 2012, 18:21 Hi all. First all, I'm sorry for my poor English. Well. I have instructions for a professional multi-user installation for LO Writer and LO Impress ONLY. Without Calc or Draw or... So, I've installed only Writer and Impress. That's ok. But, when I open some doc or some presentation with LO, and I close it, not the application, only document, I see the window for desktop of LO (the attached file). It's bad for me to see calc or base or draw, disabled like that. Can I avoid that window? Thanks. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
