Hi :) Mailing lists tend to strip off any attachments! You can upload them to Nabble, this thread in Nabble ideally! Either click on the link in this mail or else navigate to Nabble and then into this thread via the LibreOffice official website.
When you get here click on the Reply button in the 'forum' and then at the top of the message-box is a button called "More" with a top-option called "Upload file" then it's just like doing an attachment to an email. It puts a link in the text of your reply, which is a little different i guess.
