I have a copy in ~/.config/libreoffice/3/user/template/letter.ott. Since
it's there, There's nothing in the "My Templates" directory. It's empty.
But, ...
[rshepard@salmo ~]$ ls .config/libreoffice/3/user/template/
basic.ott faxCoverSheet.ott letter.ott
calendar.ots home-letterhead.ott standard.ott
envelope.ott invoice.ott stock-certificate.ott
and nothing is displayed in the dialog box under anyone's Templates.
