If I select a graphic, say a bullet, that is already on the page, and want to move it 1/10 diameter, I can TRY to move the mouse that short distance, but it is not easy. I have tried using the arrow keys, but they move the graphic about an inch. I have tried key combinations (ctrl-key, etc) but they don't seem to work any better than the arrow key alone.
