To be fair, on Gnu&Linux it does sometimes grab some dependencies but it's usually better to use your package manager to "fix broken dependencies". For apt-get it's sudo apt-get check but if PClinuxOS uses yum there will be a similar command. It's also possible to install a different iconset and theme for LibreOffice but i'm not certain how to do that or even whether it would nudge everything back into place. I also tried the offline installation. I also went through some of the dependencies of LibreOffice and reinstalled them (glib, etc). Running libreoffice from the command line doesn't produce any messages. I tried changing font sizes and themes - I'm using the same ones I always have, but changing it doesn't affect the issue in any way. Again, this only affects LibreOffice - my installed GNOME/KDE programs such as nautilus, dolphin, browsers etc don't have this issue at all. I'm sure the problem is with some dependency, but I haven't been able to figure it out myself.
