I go back to OOo 1.03 which I remember and perhaps even 1.01.
Before that I had Star Office 5.3 (I skipped SO 6.0).
The first Apache OpenOffice is out, and it still has a hyperlink
toolbar. What I wrote to you was based upon what its hyperlink toolbar
will do. Seems to me that I remember something like that in the past.
Never did use it though.
Even help in AOO mentioned that the same things can be done with
the Hyperlink icon I mentioned as with the hyperlink toolbar.
