Really? Then why did some version of Java always come with OpenOffice. And was required for 'something' (I thought it was the database module) to work? > Anyhow, Java_64 can not interface with a 32 bit application. I have had no problem using the x86_64 Java 6.0.x and later 7.0.x with several 32 bit applications.
