Actually, this the bug , that LOO 3.5.5 version that is marked as EN GB here http://www.libreoffice.org/download/, when installed on start up goes with EN US setting as UI language - this causes the problem decsribed here, that then such LOO is not paired with help module EN GB without change in parametrs of UI lnaguage.
The wrong file of LOO EN US is placed now instead of LOO EN Gb, this should be jsut excahnged for correct one.
