That's one solution, I just did this : right-click on a sheet, choose
Select all sheet, and copy them to another spreadsheet which now opens very
fast.

I tried a few things in the file in problem which has only 1 empty sheet,
like selecting all cells and choosing Clear formatting, or deleting all
rows and columns, changing the font, changing the borders but it still
loads it in 2m10 seconds.
