@contrazz, Should not need to re-install again, rather to clear things you'll need to completely remove (or rename) your old user configuration.
Found here: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\ Any extensions or customizations you have are likely not functional at 3.6, so deleting is probably simplest.
