It is sometimes faster just to re-write afresh and save in a native 
OpenDocument Format, in this case 
.otp
(stands for something like "Open Template Presentation")

There are other programs that might be better for most things that people use 
Impress or PowerPoint for but in this case i think Impress might well be the 
best answer.  You want
