Hi :) Hmm, yes it's true that quite a lot of settings are in registry but usually the problems are in the User Profile. It's really easy to rename the user profile so it's a good thing to try first before getting bogged down in tricky or time-consuming stuff such as reinstalling. The commonest source of problems is 3rd party Extensions. However, Extensions are often enormously useful so it's worth putting up with an occasional glitch imo Regards from Tom :)
