Found the "problem": numbering is re-started after any change in the Style. In m document I set the list as "List" style and then the numbering starts back to 1. Care must also be taken with taken with unnoticed changes between Default Style and Text Body
I think this is a bug, this should not happen as this is not what is selected in Autonumbering options.
