Did you add the missing items normally through LO or did you plop
them in via the 'memory cache'?

       Sometimes, I've noticed that not doing it 'according to the LO
system', this will happen -
            therefore I've found, even though it takes a few minutes longer
than merely copying and plopping, it's quicker in the long-run by not
having to re-do what I thought I'd already done  ;-)
