of the advantage of LibreOffice is that it runs on older machines.
Windows users often get hopelessly confused by choice. They want to
know which is best rather than which is most appropriate for themselves
and their own system.

I guess you're right in that one package for all Windows versions is
probably better (i.e. less confiusing) than having to choose between "32
& 64 bit versions", a subject which I believe is quite obscure for most
users anyway.
