Hi :) It's not Windows-only :( Ubuntu 12.04 also had it but i'm not sure which version of LO on that machine and can't get onto that one today (grrr).
The only way i spotted it was by taking a screenshot and really zoooming in quite far in. Luckily taking screenshot is significantly easier in Gnu&Linux, just press the key on the keyboard and then click on the "Save" button in the pop-up. (In Windows you have to open a image editor or document and paste the image in there and then save that). My eyes do seem to have gone a bit wonky in the last couple weeks so maybe it's easier for others to spot the problem Regards from Tom :) On 16 December 2013 23:59, Pedro <pedl...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi Carlo > > > carlo.strata wrote >> What is/are your environment/s Pedro? > > I tested this under Windows XP Pro x86 SP3 en_US > I can't see any white dots in my Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS laptop running LO > 4.1.3.2 > It seems to be a Windows only bug. > If you do report it, post the bugzilla link on this thread so I can confirm > the bug. > > Cheers, > Pedro > > > > -- > View this message in context: > http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/LibreOffice-4-1-4-2-win32-seems-to-have-a-dotted-right-Start-Screen-Draw-Database-side-tp4088362p4088442.html > Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > > -- > To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org > Problems? > http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ > Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette > List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ > All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted > -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
