Incidentally, there is another technique. Instead of using a frame
for the original (or as well as doing so), use a section. For the
second copy, create another section. In the second section, tick the
Link box and select the first section's name from the drop-down list
for Section. That way, you will get a copy of the first section that
should automatically update as you modify the first.
