I installed 4.3 french version and the interface is in French. Good.I have the spellchecker set to French, but it only displays US Englisg suggestions. I've attached a screen shot and when I right click the _je m'apele_ it should suggest _appelle_, and not _apple_ _Apple_. Not that in the screenshop you can see French is selected for the page at the bottom.
