As you suggested, I uninstalled the 4.4.0.3 and then installed the 4.3.6.2. The Styles and Formatting window appears now. But the SAVE tool is still not dimmed after I saved anything.
The same thing happened after I uninstalled the 4.3.6.2 and then installed the 4.3.5.2. That means, Styles and Formatting window appears, but the SAVE tool is still not dimmed after I saved anything.
