The list does not accept attachments, so you should load the document online (for instance, using DropBox) to make it available to others. In any case, NEVER NEVER NEVER use DOCX to save documents but only to exchange documents with MS Office users, as the format is not native and is highly unrealiable. You should save all documents as ODT, and then save them as DOCX before sending them to MS Office users, and transform them in ODT as soon as you receive them from MS Office users.
