Hi :) Inkscape has a lot of formats by default but i don't remember noticing .csh. Perhaps an add-on / Extension / plug-in?
Interesting to hear Photoshop is so limited. Can it not handle standard formats such as .Svg or .Eps? It's not hugely surprising to hear it can't cope with Open Formats such .Odg. This is a typical problem of proprietary programs. By limiting their ability to use non-proprietary formats it can force people into "vendor lock-ins". The problem is created by the proprietary tools but somehow it's the OpenSource ones that get the blame and 'have to' solve it. Open Source tools open things up to freely available formats that anyone can use in any suitable program and in the future it will be relatively simple to create tools that can read files saved in such open formats. Proprietary formats keep changing and so it becomes increasingly difficult to read older files.
