I was pleased to see this interest in using Firefox and Thunderbird Personas with LibreOffice. My wife and I use personas that I have created and stored on our computers all the time. I don't normally download them from the internet. There are several bug reports that may be or general interest.
85549 Personas lost upgrading from 4.3 to 4.4 . You should be aware that the folders changed when upgrading from 4.3 to 4.4 or 5.x. Each personas is now in a separate folder for example /gallery/personas/personas name.
