Looks like my manual reply worked and got included in the thread, so

Hm, strange. The first time I viewed and downloaded the file they
weren't there. Anyway, thanks for the bookmarks, they're awesome! The
fact that they have the capitalization and everything suggests that you
made them by copying and pasting and that it was indeed a very quick
process.
I'm jealous of that pdf software, I'll continue to search for
alternatives here...
