The clickable index works as expected in any viewer. The jpdfbookmarks program is only supposed to be used to add bookmarks. If after adding the bookmarks the index is not working in your PDF viewer as expected then it is a bug. You can submit the bug to the jpdfbookmarks developers (but as I mentioned it seems to be abandoned) or fix it yourself (if you know how to code) Alternatively you could try to run PDF X-Change Editor under Linux using Wine (I am just an occasional Linux user so I have no idea how well this works) If that works then you can try something even faster: export the bookmarks from the Calc 3.4 Guide and import it to the Calc 4.1 Since the manuals should not be that different, you can have a perfect Calc 4.1 guide within a few hours. Disclaimer: I am no way affiliated with the authors of PDF X-Change Editor, I'm just a happy user of a great free (but not open source) program (that unfortunately is only available for the Windows platform) -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/v4-or-later-PDF-Guides-with-bookmarks-tp4185212p4185471.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
