Greetings again. I'm putting together a document which requires page numbers, but in keeping with the majority of documents the numbers should begin on page 2. I've looked but found no way to do headers beginning on page 2. Is there one? If so, how might I invoke it?
(Ideally, there would be a check box, "begins on page 2," but I do sometimes think that LibreOffice developers, given the choice of ease of use and tremendous complication, pretty much always choose the latter.)
